Fibre Tech was established in 1986 with a straightforward premise: concrete pool surfaces fail too early, and the resurfacing industry was selling temporary solutions. We set out to apply composite manufacturing principles — the same material science used in marine and industrial applications — to pool resurfacing.

Over 38 years and 25,000+ pools later, the process has been refined, but the core philosophy hasn't changed. Premium materials, proper preparation, and structural reinforcement — not surface-level coatings that look good for three years and fail at five.

Today, under the leadership of Seth Morris, the company continues to serve both residential homeowners and commercial operators who understand the value of doing it right the first time.
